Change in Building Permit Rates

The Temiskaming Municipal Building Association is comprised of twenty one municipalities in the Temiskaming district of Ontario. They provide complete building department services including permitting, building inspections, and building code enforcement.

The Building Association relies on permit fees to fund their budget and are making changes to the fees effective May 1st, 2018. Please click here for a list of fees.

CHARLTON WATER DISTRIBUTION

Please note we have had a number of concerns regarding the water in Charlton having a white foaming colour that clears after 30 seconds. We have confirmed with the Ontario Clean Water Agency that air has entered the distribution system causing the cloudy water. The water is safe to drink and will clear up in the coming days.
