We are currently seeking an individual for the position of Public Works Operator who will work under the direct supervision of the Public Works Supervisor. The applicant must demonstrate the ability to operate heavy equipment, work with minimal supervision, and deal effectively with the public. Potential candidates will require a valid DZ driver’s license. Previous experience working in a municipal environment, grader operator certificate, chainsaw license, and propane license are considered an asset. Candidates must be in good physical condition and must be able to work flexible hours and be on call in order to handle emergency situations.

Docks for Sale - Deadline for submission is June 12th, 2017 at 4:00pm

The Municipality has replaced our municipal marina and is accepting bids on the six old dock sections. If you are interested in putting in a bid please do so by submitting the Bidding form below in a sealed envelope. 

Please note that bids will be accepted until June 12th, 2017 at 4pm. 

Docks are as is where is and must be picked up by June 19th, 2017 or we will move onto the next bidder.

The docks can be viewed by visiting the Legion Parking Lot across from the boat launch.
